These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the GAURI Missed Call Campaign, an awareness initiative undertaken by NovoMedi. By participating in the campaign, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Campaign Overview

  • GAURI is a voluntary, non-commercial awareness initiative focused on promoting vaccination for the underprivileged girl child.
  • The campaign is informational in nature and does not involve any form of solicitation.

2. Participation

  • Participation is open to individuals who voluntarily give a missed call to the campaign number.
  • Participation is free of cost.
  • Giving a missed call does not create any financial, legal, or contractual obligation.

3. Communication

  • Participants may receive:
    • An automated ringtone and/or
    • A confirmation or informational SMS
  • All communications are limited strictly to campaign-related information.

4. No Financial Solicitation

  • Neither GAURI nor NovoMedi:
    • Solicits donations or contributions
    • Requests payments, bank details, or digital payment information
    • Requests OTPs or personal documents

5. Data Protection

  • All participant data is handled in accordance with the GAURI Privacy Policy.
  • NovoMedi takes reasonable measures to safeguard participant information.

6. User Declaration

  • By participating, users confirm that:
    • The mobile number used belongs to them, or
    • They have obtained valid consent from the owner of the mobile number

7. Campaign Rights

  • NovoMedi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the GAURI campaign at any time without prior notice.

8. Acceptance of Terms

  • Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the associated Privacy Policy.
